Challenge Report Filtering Upgrade

Instead of having to select each manager’s instance of a Challenge of the same name, the filter for Challenges has been condensed.

Ratings & Feedback Count

Similar to how the Resource Drawer icon shows the number of resources on the page next to the paperclip icon, we will now be able to display the number of ratings/comments provided on pieces of content next to the star icon for Ratings & Feedback.
