Enhanced UI in Collection Activity Overview window
Sales Managers and Users can now see and act on activities that are open in the “Overview” window of the Learning Center. Selecting “Overview” allows the Participant to see their completion analytics for their active Collections.
Selecting the “Show” button allows Participants to see which activities have been completed and which remain open. Activities that are “Sequenced” ahead of the Participants’ place in the Collection will display a “lock” icon until the previous activity has been completed.
New – Manage Custom Fields from the User Profile Settings
Administrators can now enable Custom Fields to be managed by users from their Profile Settings. Administrators can configure this by navigating to the Custom Fields tab in the People Console and enabling “Allow User Correction” for the Custom Field they wish to allow users to modify.
Once this is done a user can navigate to the profile settings by selecting “Profile” in the upper-right-hand corner.
Any Custom Field that is enabled for user correction will be editable by the user by selecting the pencil icon.
