Translation Feature Editing – Export/Import JSON Files

When using the new Translation Feature to edit update your playbook, you will now see a “Manage with JSON” button at the top of the column. This button will allow you to download a JSON file, translate it, and upload it to the new language.

Highlight & Underline Text in Textboxes

We’ve added the ability to highlight and underline text in your playbook content. This will aid in having key content stand out! To do this, go into editing mode, select the textbox you want to edit, and use the functions in the word editor popup.

Copy + Paste Entire Sections of a Playbook

When moving, adding, and editing playbook content, you will now see the option to copy and paste an entire section. This will duplicate the selected page for you to put anywhere else in the playbook.

Last Login in the People Console

Instead of having to pull a User Details report, you can now see each users’ last login date in the People Console. To enable this, click the gear icon in the top right corner of the People console account list.
