Duplicate Conversation Plans

When working on a Conversation Plan via Conversation Builder, all user types can now duplicate an existing plan to edit.

New Content Type for Conversation Builder Templates – Checkboxes

For Administrators building Conversation Builder Templates, you now have the ability to add checkboxes as a content type for the plan.

Permission Groups Filter for Notifications

For companies utilizing Permission Groups, you can now filter by those groups to target email notifications by the group selected.

Copy/Paste Pages’ State

When Administrators or Playbook Owners copy and paste a page, the pasted page will apply with the same state as the original page it was copied from. For instance, if you copy a page that is in Draft Mode, the page will paste in Draft Mode.
