Conversation Planning Across Playbooks

Those who have the Conversation Builder feature turned on for their playbooks will be able to build their conversation plans across multiple playbooks. After building a plan in one playbook, you will be able to navigate to another playbook that has Conversation Builder turned on and add to the plan. The playbook the plan originated will be indicated underneath the plan name.

vPlaybook Landing Page – Dashboard Update

Administrators and Sales Managers will have different metrics displayed on your dashboard now! Admins will be able to see the count of log ins, count of pageviews, and count of resource downloads per week. Managers will be able to see the count of edits, count of pageviews for their team, and count of logins for their team.

Tracking URLs in the Resource Drawer

Like the files that are added to the Resource Drawer, we will now track the views of URLs in the Resource Drawer to display in the Resource Downloads and Resource Details reports. These could be external URLs that are placed as resources in the Resource Drawer, like a link to a Sharepoint site, or vPlaybook URLs redirecting to content within the playbooks.
