Templates Console
Now on the navigation panel, Administrators will see the Templates Console. Upon clicking “Templates,” three subpages within the console will appear: Conversation Templates, Page Templates, and Playbook Templates.
Playbook Templates
If following a standardized structure across multiple playbooks or wanting to enable your content team to quickly uplift messaging, consider creating a Playbook Template for authors to apply when building a new playbook.
To build:
Navigate to the Templates console and click the button at the top of the page; “Add Playbook Template.” From there, a pop up will appear for you to fill out the title, description, and preview image for the template.
After saving the template details, it will appear on the list of playbook templates on the page.
You can click the pencil icon to edit the template details or modify the template, by selecting “modify the template” you will be able to build out the playbook template content pages, sections, and content tiles.
To apply:
When creating a new playbook, there is now the option to “apply playbook template.”
Like when applying a page template, a pop-up will appear for you to choose which template you would like to apply. Upon selecting, the new playbook will be generated with the content tiles loaded for input.
New Report: Playbook Overview
There’s a new report available that displays the overall usage across playbook(s), including the number of assigned users, active users, and total pageviews. Assigned users consist of the number of users with permission to access the playbook and active users are the assigned users who have generated more than 1 pageview during the selected timeframe. The pageview count is calculated by individual interaction with a live page or section, such as a click or scroll.
Enhanced Report: Unique Login Data on User Details
The User Details report will now have a date picker, including the new month-year date picker, in order to capture unique logins within the date range selected. Meaning, how many times has a user logged in within the date range selected.
The columns on all User Details report will consist of user name, email, user type, count of unique logins within the selected date range, the last login within the selected date range, and the user creation date.
Month-over-month Reporting Data
If wanting to view usage data by month as opposed to a specific date range, there is now an option to select “Group by Month” that will adjust the date range picker and grouping structure of the data in multiple reports. Meaning if you want to see the usage for each individual month in the last quarter, you can select “January 2022 – March 2022” to have the usage data grouped month over month rather than pulling separate reports for each month.
The reports that will have the month-year date picker are:
- User Pageviews
- Daily (Monthly) Pageviews
- User Details
- User Ratings & Comments
- Conversation Usage
- Resource Downloads
- Resource Details
- Resource Folder Access
- Highest Rated Content
