Coaching Console -Global Leaderboard

Administrators

From the Administrator POV, you will be able to promote the Leaderboard for an Admin Challenge to be available to all teams. That is, all participants will be able to see their peers across different teams and how they are scoring in comparison.

Sales Managers/Users

As Managers and Participants, you can see if a Leaderboard is across multiple teams via the “Global Leaderboard” distinction in the top right of the Leaderboard.

Translation Feature Freeze Frame

When translating a playbook into multiple languages, Admins and Playbook Owners can now freeze one of the languages to reference as they scroll through and edit other languages.

Playbook Owners – Duplicate and Rename Playbooks

Playbook Owners now have the capability to duplicate and rename playbooks, as well as create new playbooks. This is handy for archiving playbooks and creating back up copies as content audits are conducted.
