Coaching Console; Scoring Guidance
Administrators
In the Administrator POV, you can now specify guidance and tips for your managers and participants for a Challenge. This guidance can be referenced by managers to help them score their participants appropriately. The guidance can also be given to participants, so they know what exactly you are looking for in a response. Administrators can display the same message to managers and participants, or can customize the message for each.
Sales Managers
As a manager scores their participants’ responses, they can see guidance from the Admins on what they should be looking for in a response.
Participants
As a participant works on their activity response, they can see what tips the Admins have for them in order for them to provide a top scoring response.
