Notification Filters

Filters can now be added to the notification tool in the people console so that Administrators can send out targeted messages to specific selections of users.

For example, if an administrator wants to notify their playbook owners of a page they want the playbook owners to copy in their respective playbooks, they can now do so.

Resource Drawer URLs

When a new file is uploaded to replace an older version of a resource in the resource drawer, a new URL will no longer be generated. Instead, the old URL will be preserved. Links to resources will no longer have to be updated after the resource is updated.
