Opt-In Learning Collections for Managers

Sales Managers, regardless of if they have another manager associated above them, may now participate in any Opt-In Learning Collection. To do this, a manager must navigate to the Learning Center, and then select “My Collections” to view the Collections that they can participate in. Any that are “Opt-in” will be marked as such on the Collection tile.

Learning Collection Templates Enhancement

Administrators and Sales Managers can now access a company-wide Collection Template library to use with their teams! Meaning that all Collection Templates created by all Admins and Sales Managers at the organization will appear within the Collection Templates page in the Learning Center and can be shared and leveraged across teams. Think of it like a learning course library for your organization as well as a way to quickly apply standardized Collections at any time.
